Austin exhibits a tremendous commitment to the customer. In addition to answering a myriad of detailed questions, he also pointed out important items associated with the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in. As we explored potential options, he proactively suggested another vehicle at a lot 45 minutes away that he felt would be a better match for my needs… and offered to retrieve it… the same day! The vehicle was a perfect match. From there, the process of making a deal was a breeze. Again, Austin’s customer focus was evident as he worked out a price with the sales manager that was very fair (I do my research and clearly so does the sales team at Homer Skeleton because we were on the same page almost immediately). It was quite possibly the best vehicle buying experiences among my many purchases over the years.
