Austin was personable, kind and respectful. He was able to answer all our questions. He was professional yet down to earth. He was NOT pushy. Austin appears to love his job. He was not only excited to tell the amazing features of the Bronco Sport but share the positive's of buying a Ford. He was attentive to all of our questions. I felt like he was sincere and not just selling a car to make money. He made the whole process much easier for me. I LOVE to support local business!
