Austin was prompt and friendly when we first met him at the dealership to purchase our new car and trade in our existing car. He was very patient in explaining all of the features of the new car to us and making sure we felt comfortable with how everything worked. He took the time to teach us how to fold back the soft top of our new bronco. He made the entire purchasing process and breeze in a no pressure environment.

Austin was very great and explaining all of the features of the new bronco, how to fold back the top, how to use navigation, where everything was located, etc. There are A number of different terrain and traction modes and he was great at explaining how each one of them worked.

The whole experience was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We did not finance the vehicle.
