First of all Austin greeted my wife with cupcakes and a birthday card since today is her birthday.. Very Nice!! Austin explained everything to us step by step in clear understandable language, He was prepared when we returned the next by having the car ready and filled with gas.. All we had to do was financing which was also pretty easy.. He is a very nice and personable young man.. Would definitely refer others to him when ready to purchase a Ford vehicle!!.
