Austin was simply awesome. He was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our needs. He took the time to get to know us and really understand what we needed. He kept us in the loop with what was going on during the whole process which helped us to be at ease. He wasn't pushy with us about any of the vehicles he showed us. He was very patient with me while I had a hard time finding the one I wanted.
