Austin was knowledgeable about the car in general. I already knew what I was coming for, and he was explaining features and highlights of the car that I didn't even know about. He was well prepared which made the process smoother.

Overall, the experience was a little different than I was hoping. The people I encountered there was super friendly, so that's always a plus. I'd like to highlight Austin once again. I will say, though, make sure that whatever car you're looking to get that it's ready to leave the lot because any delays and inconveniences can become discouraging.
